Confec 372 is a modularly designed, highly flexible production line. Depending on requirements the line can be executed in one lane, two lane, or multi lane execution in one level or via several floors.

By the installation of several additional elements (amongst others various inserting stations and Extruder 352)it can be extended to often changing production requirements without any problems.

Main characteristics:

  • Well-proven design, with high hygienic standard, product masses are easily changeable, high availability
  • By the modular design the line can be adapted to future requirements of the market
  • „Loose-Mould Principle“: The moulds are resting at any time on guide rails. The mould transport will be effected by aligner chains (maintenance-free).
  • Alternatively shell forming by centrifugal shell former or by patented Flash Shell Cooling (FSC) Technology. Features of the WDS Flash Shell Cooling Technology are an exact mould transport to the FSC station (in groups), exact mould positioning below the cold stamping station as well as distinguished insulation and air-conditioning of the completely enclosed station.
