Our work is characterized by a focus on best possible service as well as widespread advice and support.

Under the guideline „Customer care with method“ we developed a network of explanations, services and support offers which is organzied modularly step by step.

Thereto belong, amongst others, detailed plant documentation, remote maintenanve by modem and needless to say the individual customer support in all aspects of confectionery production.

Workshop-Offers

We offer workshops on various topics:

Gums and jellies Production technology of deposited mogul products
Chocolate Production technology of chocolate products with the following main topics: One-and Triple-Shot depositing Shell forming with centrifugal and FSC technology
Innovation Update News of confectionery industry and WDS

In addition to the various lectures, the participants themselves will produce appealing deposited articles on our different pilot plants. Therefore, the participants get the chance to try for themselves the things they learned during the lectures.
