New development for product analysis
In completition of new or existing WDS production plants we introduce the following actual new developments:
WDS-Tempergraph
The new WDS-Tempergraph can be integrated directly into the WDS-plants and allows a determination of the tempering curve close to the process. By simply “docking” to the plant (pluggable design) a “result by push-button” of the tempering curve at the visualisation unit is possible.
WDS-moulding plants with RFID-technology
This WDS-new development uses the RFID-technology to optimize process control, product control and mould logistics.
RFID-supported moulding plants create various statistical evaluations, e.g. by direct transfer into the production data base. For this reason a continuous function planning and a high degree of process reliability is possible.
