Technikum

The WDS Product Technology Lab enhances the development of new and the optimisation of existing procedures as well as the engineering technology in the confectionery industry.

For that purpose several servo-electrically controlled depositors, “Flash Shell Cooling” stations (WDS cold stamping units) and further components of the latest machine generation are available which can be adjusted flexibly to different product needs and which are ideal for all sample productions – also at the customer´s site.

  • Seminars and Workshops: Workshops are concerned with the transfer of expert knowledge about dosing and depositing of various masses. The knowledge transfer in theory and practice also covers the handling of one-shot and triple-shot depositors, the comprehension of depositing parameters and their effects on the particular product. The seminar spectrum also offers customer related workshops as e.g. plant-operation and -maintenance.
