an important factor in the development of the company
In all companies, employee knowledge is one of the main factors in shaping the company´s development.
At WDS, however, it is in additional the knowledge about the worldwide customers that is paramount for
survival. After all, across 90 years of production history, almost 50,000 designs have been created for
just as many different
production machines. A knowledge that is firmly planted in the heads of our 180 employees and that shows
how important it is to retain the expertise gained, from designing to production and assembly in all areas
of the company.
As well as securing the number of existing employees and their expertise, it is also necessary to continually
find and win qualified new colleagues for different tasks and qualifications to complement and support our
