Depositor for Laboratory Purposes

The WDS lab depositors are suitable for the sample production of the product and process development. They are equipped with a servo-electrically controlled, menu-supported operator guidance. With our depositing and control technology - comparable with the WDS industrial-size plants - all types of masses with tear-off behaviour can be handled precisely.

Different piston dosing systems with and without a valve are available which can be changed easily. Our flexible depositing systems can be used for all product sizes from 0.05 up to 200 g. The trial results can be transferred directly and without problems to the scale-up.

An independent control makes it possible for the moving depositing head to execute complicated 3-D depositing movements, also for center-in-shell depositing (One- and/or Triple-Shot). For feasibility studies or velocity tests different depositing processes of the industrial-size plants can be simulated with the lab depositors.
