Line for the manufacturing of solid and filled chocolate products.
Modularly designed, highly flexible production line depending on requirements the line can be executed in one lane, two lane or multi lane, in one level or via several floors.
By the modular design the line can be adapted to future requirements of the market.
Synchronous drive of all plant elements by servo motors with torque control.
"Loose-Mould Principle": The moulds are resting at any time on guide rails. The transport will be effected by aligner chain (maintenance-free) in general. Depending on requirements continuously or intermittently.

Good cleaning possibilities by:
Ground clearance of min. 200 mm (also in cooling cabinet area)
Easy access by functional design of the elements
No drive or transmission elements in the transport area
Special features:
Due to the often changing requirements the WDS Shell Moulding Plant type 372 can be extended by the installation of several additional elements. During the design phase only free conveyors will have to be considered.
