Moulding plant Mini Confec 272
For filled and solid chocolate products
The Mini Confec 272 is a compact and modular-designed plant for the production of solid or filled
chocolate products. A maximum production capacity of 280 kg/h is reached at a speed of 10 moulds per minute.
It offers a hygienic stainless-steel design and a particularly user-friendly control panel with a high degree
of operational comfort. The basic execution consists of an infrared mould heater, the depositor and a
vibration unit, for manual operation. Auxiliary modules enable trouble-free expansion or modification of the
unit in a modular system, e.g. by expanding with a cooling cabinet, moulding station or one-shot depositor
with servo drives, electronic control und mould return for a complete and automatic cycle. The basic model
offers medium-sized companies the ideal opportunity of an entry level in the chocolate moulding lines and
enables quick adaptations to the market's changing requirements.
