Cross-manufacturer platform for the central monitoring and optimisation of the complete production
SweetConnect was founded in 2019 as a strategic partnership between German confectionery machine manufacturers to take on the digitalisation of the industry. As a founding member, WDS is pleased to see the platform grow. We warmly welcome Aasted as a new shareholder. This participation is a strong sign to the industry.

KG, and Chocotech GmbH are already part of SweetConnect – an initiative of leading companies in the confectionery industry that aims to unite the industry to establish an all-encompassing digital platform that is accepted and used by confectionery producers and machine manufacturers alike.
One of SweetConntect´s biggest challenges is convincing competing machine manufacturers to collaborate for the benefit of their customers. But SweetConnect provides solutions: The SweetConnect platform is technically designed not to be able to share the intellectual property of its partners or of its customers.
