WDS Smart Support, the optimal support for your production and maintenance personnel on site by live WDS experts.
The use of WDS Smart Support enables targeted work, reduces unplanned downtimes, helps to improve production quality and can therefore increase the overall productivity of your systems.
We recommend using the WDS Smart Support via the data glasses EPSON BT-300.
By showing additional information in the glasses display, you have immediate access to extensive useful information on the system, such as circuit diagrams, documentation, drawings and spare parts lists.
The service can also be used with various other end devices, such as smartphones or tablets. It is important that the end device used has a data connection with a suitable bandwidth and data volume. It is possible to use an existing WLAN or a mobile data connection.
WDS Smart Support can be used with an annual licence or daily with the so-called ad hoc licence. In the latter case, our service is available for 24 hours. Support is provided via a web session. A corresponding link will be sent in the event of an order.
The service is available in German and English during WDS business hours.
