The WDS service guideline

Customers´ success is our goal! Our work is characterized by a focus on best possible service as well as widespread advice and support.

Under the guideline „Customer care with method" we developed a network of explanations, services and support offers which is organized modularly step by step. Thereto belong, amongst others, detailed plant documentation, remote maintenance by modem and needless to say the individual customer support in all aspects of confectionery production.

Spare parts

For all WDS-plants equipped with a comprehensive documentation, spare part orders can be generated out of the program directly. In the WDS-stock a lot of current spare parts are stockpiled to guarantee short reaction times to the customer. Another advantage: Most of the spare parts are manufactured by WDS in in-house production. Thereby also for special spare parts short delivery times are possible.

The WDS product range offers a wide spectrum of additional modules and component parts for nearly all plant types. So if it comes to optimize the performance of your approved WDS plant, you should talk to us: Our service team would be glad to inform you.

We gladly accomplish annually maintenance work at your plant based on previous spare parts acquisitions by our specialists. The spare parts, discussed and selected together with you during the acquisition, are manufactured afterwards. Installation of the spare parts will be performed during a second visit together with your team.

First of all clear economic results and financial advantages suggest the integration of new plant components. Due to the experience of many customers, the new installation of WDS plant components can pay off already in the first year. Retrofitting of depositors

The modern WDS-depositors allow in almost all product categories to adapt the range of confectionery to the respective current and future market needs quickly and flexibly. The range of service of the One-Shot and Triple-Shot depositing systems enables the production of new, high quality products with many attractive design options.

New servo drives

In many systems the replacement of existing hydraulic drives against the current servo technology drive units is highly recommended. The new servo-electric drive and control technologies provide especially the depositing process, high dynamics and precision. Comprehensive diagnostics and status checks can detect and localise any faults quickly. The new drive concepts offer significant improvement in hygiene levels and facilitate the cleaning of the plant; thus, they ensure high production stability, low wear and significantly contribute to a smooth operation.

Implementation of optional equipment

It is possible to react flexibly to new production requirements by integration of various optional equipment, e.g.:

  • Inserting units, as e.g. nut-, almond-, cherry-, granules- and biscuit-inserters

Helpline

The WDS Helpline guarantees competent assistance by phone and error analysis for all WDS-plants (particularly servo technical drives). For all customers experienced WDS-electronics engineers are available for individual advice. The WDS-helpline is available in German and English.
