Pump systems are the heart of your system and are largely responsible for the quality of your products and the efficiency of your plant. The high-precision components are continuously exposed to enormous thermal and abrasive loads in production.
For this reason, regular quality assurance overhauls are indispensable.
Regardless of whether you are dealing with your own or third-party systems, our decade-long experience in the depositing area make it possible to put your system in mint condition within a very short period of time and to optimize it specifically for your application.
Basically, the use of an exchangeable pump system is recommended, so that an exchange is possible if necessary. The worn pump system can then be sent to WDS for repair.
If there is no replacement pump system, the repair must be planned precisely in advance. To respond to individual customer needs, we recommend two approaches:
- Cost optimization:
The pump system is sent to WDS to record the current status. WDS manufactures all required spare parts according to the recording. After receiving the spare parts, WDS notifies the customer to arrange an appointment for repair. After the pump system arrives at WDS, all wear parts are replaced and the mechanical work (cleaning, grinding, testing, etc.) is carried out. This means that only the parts are ordered and charged which are actually needed. - Time Optimization:
The customer informs WDS that the pump system should be repaired in the near future. WDS manufactures all spare parts that are typically worn out after the respective period of use. After receiving the spare parts, WDS notifies the customer to make an appointment for repairs. After the pump system arrives at WDS, all wear parts are replaced and the mechanical work (cleaning, grinding, testing, etc.) is carried out. The pump system is only sent to WDS once so that there is only one production downtime. Talk to us!
