Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) LATAM

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain close relationships and expand collaboration with our existing customer base while actively acquiring new customers
- Identify and assess new market and sales opportunities and derive regional go-to-market strategies
- Generate qualified leads and proactively build long-term, strategic customer relationships
- Analyze customer needs and advise clients on best practices in confectionery manufacturing
- Present complex technical equipment and solutions, including the clear communication of USPs
- Take full ownership of sales KPIs and performance metrics using the company’s CRM and reporting systems
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate closely with independent country representatives and coordinate regional sales activities
Ihr Profil:
- Several years of experience in technical sales of machinery or equipment, with expertise in chocolate or jelly production
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), Portuguese is an advantage
- Strong intercultural communication skills, with the ability to approach and explain content in a way that is appropriate for operational employees, technical experts, and CEOs
- Willingness to travel more than 70% domestically within middle/south America region
- Valid driver’s license
