As a regular exhibitor, we were delighted when, after two years, ProSweets Cologne 2022 opened its doors again on January 30th, 2022.
The ever-growing variety in the confectionery market and the production flexibility that this requires was a special focus for us at the trade fair. The utilisation of technologies and benefits from chocolate plants for the production of gum and jelly is a trend-setting development in this regard. The production of jelly products in polycarbonate moulds with plants like ConfecECO or ConfecPRO, for instance. The process is modern and particularly hygienic. It’s also highly efficient and, because the products are demoulded regimented, it’s ideal for further product treatment.
